Jason France

Owner and Chief Executive Officer

I am a certified leadership coach, Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer, leadership consultant, and professional speaker with a long history of helping individuals, teams, and organizations maximize their potential and achieve amazing results. My connections with people have allowed me to build meaningful relationships, mentor and develop leaders of character, and create strong organizational cultures that have enabled them to overcome adversity, successfully solve complex and challenging problems, and thrive during some of the most difficult times in our Nation’s history.

I am a 31-year veteran of the United States Air Force and culminated my career as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of United States Transportation Command, serving in one of the highest enlisted leadership positions in the Department of Defense. I provided leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a joint team of 122,000 military and civilian professionals conducting global mobility operations (air, land, and sea), operating the Department of Defense’s global supply chain, and providing mission-enabling capabilities to project and sustain United States forces around the globe in support of National objectives.

During my career, I was privileged to lead, coach, mentor, and train individuals, teams, and organizations at every level to include Squadron, Group, Wing, Center, Major Command, Air Staff, and Combatant Command. Additionally, I have extensive combat leadership experience, and deployed ten times in support of Operations Desert Storm, Sea Signal, Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom.

I have spoken at hundreds of events, live and virtual, to audiences ranging from small groups to events viewed by over 100,000 people. I have delivered keynote addresses and speeches at leadership and professional development events, recognition ceremonies, graduations, leader perspective panels, and commercial industry events. Additionally, I have 12 years of formal instructor experience, teaching for four different military academic institutions.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University and have earned graduate certificates from Cornell University in Psychology of Leadership, Change Management, and Performance Leadership. I studied executive leadership in distinguished programs at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, National Defense University, Institute for Defense and Business, and Allan L. Freed Associates. I am a leadership certified coach and Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T).

I am also a proud husband and father. My wife, also an Air Force veteran, and I have been married for 20 years, and we have two amazing sons.

I am an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, and have hiked over 3,000 miles since my retirement from active duty in 2021…to include the 2,653-mile Pacific Crest Trail and the 486-mile Colorado Trail.
